The following conditions apply to all claims processed through St George Group PTY LTD:
If a manufacturing fault is discovered this will be rectified under the warranty terms & conditions with no cost involved. However, if upon inspection of the item it is found to be caused by any of the below, you may be liable for all costs involved.
Should you have a warranty claim that is found to be an installation fault or caused by misuse of the product you may be liable for all costs involved in the service call.
* The product was not installed by licensed plumber.
* If applicable, the water pressure reading is above the maximum stated (500Kpa) in your product warranty information, you may be liable for all costs involved in the service.
* Should you provide incorrect or false information regarding your warranty claim, you may be liable for all cost involved in the service.
* Please note the minimum call out fee is $250 + GST, should any of these instance occur.
